Senior Infrastructure Network Engineer

Salary: £117,000 – 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on network engineering experience.
• Palo Alto Firewall administration and configuration experience.
• Cisco Meraki wireless and networking technologies experience.
• Ubiquiti / UniFi networking environment experience.
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience.
• Okta identity management experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience.
• Experience working in hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Network troubleshooting experience across routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Google Workspace administration experience.
• Experience using Google as an Identity Provider (IdP).
• Experience with identity consolidation and migration projects.
• Infrastructure transformation and migration experience.
• Firewall migration project experience.
• Experience working across multiple business units, brands, or environments.
• Intune and endpoint management experience.
• Security-first infrastructure practices experience.

We are a leading international business growth consultancy undergoing significant technology transformation across a portfolio of acquired and integrated businesses. This is an initial 3-month contract role inside IR35, paying £450-500 per day, with hybrid working in London and three days per week onsite. We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer to help us deliver complex infrastructure, networking, and identity-related projects as part of a wider centralisation programme. This is not a management role; we want someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges and working closely with our technical teams to modernise and simplify our technology estate.
