The Opportunity

• Work with experienced tax specialists on high‑value and technically demanding corporate tax matters.
• Advise a diverse client base including major corporates, financial institutions, real‑estate developers, fund investors, government bodies and public‑sector organisations.
• Support clients on cross‑border structures, financing arrangements, fund taxation and bespoke tax structuring.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years’ PQE with experience in corporate tax gained within a recognised tax practice.
• A strong technical grounding across a range of corporate tax matters.
• Experience of, or an interest in, areas such as real‑estate tax, M&A tax, funds taxation or cross‑border transactions would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex tax issues into practical advice.
• A client‑focused approach and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering high‑quality service and tailored solutions.
