Senior Analyst – Debt Finance

Supporting the execution, closing, and ongoing management of debt facilities across both investment and development transactions. This role offers exposure to the full debt lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders and external lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of lender marketing materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather and present relevant information.
• Support the management of due diligence processes, including liaising with prospective lenders and external advisors.
• Assist in the marketing, execution, and closing of debt facilities for both investment and development transactions.
• Support financial modelling and analysis of debt transactions as required.
• Assist with monthly development loan drawdown processes and associated reporting.
• Support ongoing loan administration activities, including waiver requests, covenant monitoring, and lender communications.
• Coordinate lender site visits and maintain strong working relationships with financing partners.
• Monitor real estate finance market activity and maintain accurate records within the deal database.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties

Person Specification

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years’ experience within real estate debt finance, banking, lending, or a related field.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and debt transaction processes.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
