Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity in our Digital team for a Service Design Analyst who will be involved in proactive user experience research, creating deliverables, analysing structures and problems, and proposing solutions to transform services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, problem definition, business analysis, idea generation, process mapping, prototyping, testing, and co‑design the future customer journey.
- Deliver user research deliverables, analyse structures and problems, and propose solutions.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, identify and deploy the right resources to improve quality and timeliness of outcomes.
- Use tools and methods to enable services to transform working practices through creation and testing of user‑centred digital and non‑digital design.
- Communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries; simplify complex technical information for non‑technical audiences; practice active listening and advocate team outcomes.
- Apply an agile mindset, iterate quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong creative and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Proficiency in simplifying technical information for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience applying agile methodology in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving environments with an iterative and flexible approach.
Requirements
- Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required; the Trust will cover the cost.
- Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
