Staff Nurse – Recruitment Event

Position Overview

Department: Children’s Services

Band: 5 (£32,073 – £39,043 per annum, pro rata if part time)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working considered.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with the Children’s nursing team and Emergency Department to deliver and maintain a high standard of nursing care within the framework of National and Trust policies.
• Be responsible for all aspects of patient care including assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of personalised care.
• Ensure patients feel safe, supported and informed to make decisions regarding their care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to maintain safe and effective care at all times.
