Hearing Aid Audiologist – Gloucester – 9 Month FTC

We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for a 9‑month FTC. The role will be based in the Gloucester Branch. The position offers a full‑time contract of 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility as required by business needs.

• Basic salary £40,000 with uncapped monthly commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

You will need to be a HCPC qualified hearing aid audiologist with the desire and ability to provide premium customer care and have an aptitude for sales.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales per the HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code.
• Complete audiograms and customer records on the company CMS system accurately and sync daily.
• Adhere to company working practices, including standard consultation procedures.
• Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries promptly.
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with the HCPC CPD requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified HAD or Pre‑Registered HAD.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Member of or willing to join BSHAA.
• IT skills to use company systems and audiometry equipment.
• Time‑management skills for a structured approach to workload.
• Valid driving licence.
