Are you looking to develop your career in digital engineering with a leading building services consultancy?

Our client is a well-established and highly respected engineering consultancy with offices in Bristol and Cardiff. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Graduate or Intermediate Digital Engineer to join their friendly and collaborative BIM team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to develop their technical skills, gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, and work alongside experienced digital engineering professionals on exciting developments across the UK.

The Role

As a Digital Engineer, you’ll support the delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) on a diverse range of building services projects. You’ll work closely with engineers and senior digital specialists to produce high-quality models and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and develop Revit MEP models for building services projects.
  • Assist with BIM coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Support model reviews and help identify and resolve coordination issues.
  • Participate in clash detection processes (training provided where required).
  • Assist with the production of project documentation and digital deliverables.
  • Contribute to maintaining BIM standards and best practice across the business.
  • Develop your technical knowledge through ongoing mentoring and training.

About You

  • Degree, HNC/HND or relevant qualification in Building Services, Digital Engineering, BIM or a related discipline.
  • Experience using Autodesk Revit within a building services environment, either through industry experience or university placements.
  • Understanding of BIM processes and digital design workflows.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks or clash detection would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Familiarity with COBie data would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiastic, organised and keen to build a long-term career in digital engineering.
