This company has its own bespoke nurse call system, meaning a full training program will be implemented from day one. You do not need to have existing experience in Nurse Call systems (although it would be beneficial). Candidates with an engineering background and good understanding of IT systems will also exceed in this role.
The Role:
- Installation, maintenance and support of specialist nurse call systems across care homes and hospitals.
- Regional field-based role with occasional UK travel.
- On-call rota duties for technical support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a field-based technical role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of electrical installations (training provided on systems).
- Full UK driving licence.
