Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities across a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and returning customers
  • Deliver engaging and professional product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide end‑to‑end customer support to ensure a seamless buying experience
  • Follow robust, proven sales processes that support success and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales or a customer‑facing role (automotive industry experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, “can‑do” attitude with a hunger to learn and improve
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a high‑performing team
  • Full, valid UK driving licence is essential
