We’re looking for a driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Skoda dealership in Redditch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and engaging every customer, whether face‑to‑face, online, or over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Building relationships through follow‑ups, videos, and regular updates.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets as part of a high‑performing team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a target‑driven, customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated, driven, and target‑focused mindset.
• Professional approach with a passion for customer service.
• Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).
