Compliance Analyst

Health & Employee Benefits Compliance Analyst – Remote (with travel)

We’re delighted to be adding to our growing team with the addition of a Compliance Analyst to work alongside the compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving complaints against company policies and procedures and FCA regulatory guidelines
• Helping teammates to resolve breaches / errors & omissions
• Ensuring all incidents are logged and reviewed as part of root cause analysis to identify trends
• Assisting the team with internal & FCA reporting
• Managing oversight of appointed representatives and introducers
• Reviewing processes to ensure best practice is being followed and offering suggestions for improvement
• Reviewing financial promotions to ensure they are compliant and not misleading

Candidate Requirements

• Effective time management
• Analytical thinking
• Basic Excel skill
• Good written communication skills
• Experience in a regulated environment beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
