Main Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of driving improvements in Supply Chain performance reporting, ensuring KPI and operational data is accurately consolidated, validated and analysed to provide meaningful insight into business performance. A key aspect of the role will be helping teams use data more effectively through trend analysis, structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives that support business objectives.
You will develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel and other reporting platforms. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes and enhance data visibility across the Supply Chain function.
Working closely with Supply Chain leaders and functional teams, you will support performance review meetings, strategic projects and business improvement initiatives by providing robust analysis, scenario modelling and decision support. You will help measure the effectiveness of improvement programmes, track benefits realisation and ensure performance outcomes are clearly understood and communicated.
The role will also support data governance activities, helping to improve data accuracy, consistency, integrity and usage across Supply Chain. You will contribute to the development of standard KPI definitions, reporting structures and analytical frameworks, ensuring a consistent approach to performance management across the business.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG or Retail environment where you have been responsible for analysing data and supporting operational or strategic decision‑making.
You will have strong analytical and technical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools. Experience working with analytical models, reporting tools and data‑driven decision‑making processes would be advantageous. You will be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and translating technical information into clear business recommendations that drive action.
You will possess strong problem‑solving skills and enjoy investigating issues through structured analysis and root cause identification. Your ability to influence stakeholders, communicate insights effectively and challenge constructively will be critical in helping the business improve performance and achieve its objectives.
Experience supporting Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Transformation or Supply Chain Development initiatives would be highly advantageous, as would experience helping teams adopt new ways of working, improve reporting capability or utilise data more effectively.
This role would suit an individual currently working as a Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Performance Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, Operations Analyst, Planning Analyst or Business Performance Analyst who is looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced and highly collaborative FMCG environment.
