Project Manager

Project Manager – £70,000 to £80,000 – Ramsgate (1 day per week in the office) – Permanent

La Fosse are working with a growing SAAS organisation looking to bring in a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.

This is not a role focused on one large, complex programme — instead, you’ll be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and delivery is consistent.

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams rather than a single large programme
• Strong background in team coordination, prioritisation, and delivery management
• Comfortable working with Jira or similar tooling to track delivery
• Strong understanding of delivery metrics and reporting
• Experience improving team structures and delivery processes
• Exposure to Agile or transitioning from Waterfall → Agile
• Industry background is flexible (non financial services/government preferred but not essential)
