**The role will be responsible for the GC&E function of 2 hotels u2013 Hilton London Canary Wharf and Hilton London Tower Bridge.**
This roles focuses on providing admin support to the GC&E team with a focus on maintaining the system with accuracy and assisting the team with ad hoc tasks.
**Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:**
Accurately load and maintain enquiries and bookings within the Delphi FDC system. Conduct weekly audits of bookings in Delphi FDC, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and updated in line with current business requirements. Liaise closely with the G&CE team to monitor, maintain, and improve the accuracy and integrity of data recorded in Delphi. Produce and distribute Delphi reports as requested by the GC&E Director or Cluster Commercial Director. Maintain office tracking boards, ensuring all operational and sales information is accurate and up to date. Manage office stationery inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, and maintaining adequate supplies. Coordinate client giveaway items and merchandise, including stock ordering, liaising with internal departments, and maintaining accurate inventory trackers. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, facilities, and the local area to effectively support the sales team and internal stakeholders. Provide occasional operational support to the GC&E Sales team by covering enquiries and administrative tasks during periods of sickness, annual leave, or other unforeseen absences. Provide additional administrative support to the GC&E team as required, undertaking ad hoc duties appropriate to the role and supporting the smooth operation of the department.
