Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of daily shift operations in a cost-effective, safe, and productive manner. You will oversee team performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that customer expectations and budgetary service levels are consistently achieved.

**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**

In this role, you will: Lead and manage daily warehouse shift operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. Drive team performance and resource optimization by coaching team members, managing schedules, and monitoring KPIs to improve operational efficiency and control costs. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards through regular workspace inspections, equipment maintenance tracking, and adherence to company protocols.

**What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**

The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience managing a team within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics distribution environment. Strong technical knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and standard warehouse health, safety, and security regulations. Demonstrated ability in leadership and problem-solving, with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to maintain high on-site employee engagement. Ability to muli-task and respond to situations quickly
