Join a team that plays a key role in keeping businesses moving.Learn more: Commercial Vehicle Hire | Enterprise Flex-E-Rent (flexerent.co.uk) Location Mill Lane, Nursling, Southampton, SO16 0YE   What You’ll Be Doing Strip and refit vehicle components (interior, exterior, trim)Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairsIdentify and report additional damage during repair processPerform 4-wheel alignment and ensure correct vehicle geometryFollow manufacturer repair methods and BSI 10125 / ESCRIBE standardsEnsure all work meets strict safety and quality requirements                              What We’re Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair / ATA / IMI (or equivalent)Experience in an accident repair centre or high-volume bodyshopStrong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, trimOwn comprehensive tool kitStrong health & safety awarenessA Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving LicenceDetail-oriented approach and strong technical capabilityEnterprise Mobility is a family-owned business that values its people.
