This organisation is a global consultancy operating across financial services and regulated industries. They support clients with complex regulatory, legal and financial challenges, using advanced data analytics and AI to deliver large-scale investigative and remediation programmes. The forensics function is a growing, specialist team working on high-profile, data-intensive engagements.
THE ROLE
This is a senior leadership role combining hands‑on delivery with team management and business development. You will lead complex data and AI‑led forensic engagements while building client relationships and supporting the growth of the practice.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading and delivering forensic data analytics and AI-driven investigations in regulated environments
- Managing and mentoring a team of data professionals across multiple projects
- Acting as a senior client contact, providing clear insight, reporting and recommendations
- Driving business development activity, including client development and proposal work
- Overseeing end-to-end data workflows, from ingestion and engineering through to modelling and insight
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Forensics Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience delivering analytics and AI solutions within a regulated environment (e.g. financial services, fraud, credit or lending)
- Background in forensic analytics, regulatory investigations or financial/legal risk
- Proven people management experience, leading and developing technical teams
- Demonstrable involvement in business development or client growth activities
- Hands‑on technical capability with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Strong programming and data skills, including SQL and Python, with experience using modern data platforms such as Databricks
- Typically, 8+ years’ experience in a high‑performing analytics or consulting environment
