  • Collect, maintain and analyse statutory compliance data across housing assets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency across compliance areas.
  • Interpret compliance data to identify trends, risks and areas of non‑compliance, escalating issues and supporting remedial and preventative planning across compliance areas.
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools to support management oversight and decision making.
  • Support the monitoring of compliance related KPIs and provide data and insight that contributes to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
  • Lead on planning and coordinating access arrangements for statutory inspections and remedial works, working closely with estate staff, operational colleagues and contractors to ensure access is secured.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables, with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.
  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond to changing operational demands.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to work with contractors, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
