Loading Bay & Security Operations Lead

Vigilant Security is seeking a dynamic Loading Bay Manager for its London site. This role involves overseeing the efficient operations of the loading bay and Service Road area, ensuring safety, service excellence, and adherence to protocols. You will manage a team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and implement process improvements while championing a culture of outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a valid SIA/CCTV Licence and CSCS Card. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
