Description

We are seeking a Site supervisor/Trainee project manager to oversee general building refurbishment projects in commercial properties across Central London.

This role involves managing general building refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines and client budget. Minium of 5 years’ experience is required.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Site supervisor for general building refurbishment projects
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Support with company estimating and submit client quotations and proposals
• Attend client meetings.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit client valuations

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset to see tasks through to completion.

Other Requirements:

• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to commute to and around London required.

Additional information

• Job Type: Full-time, Employed or Self employed
• Schedule: Monday to Friday. 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm
• Benefits: Travel expenses paid whilst on site. Formal training (SSTS + SMSTS). Company mentor scheme. NVQ level 4 in project management
• Location: In-person on site- South and North London based.
