South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate to support adults and children affected by domestic abuse in Warwickshire. The role requires a skilled, values-driven advocate who can assess needs, engage clients, and develop safety plans while maintaining clear boundaries and empathy.

The position mandates a trauma-informed approach and an understanding of gendered power dynamics affecting survivors. This post is exclusively for women under the Equality Act 2010 to ensure appropriate advocacy.
