As Vice President Consulting Delivery for Cyber Consulting & Engineering within our Space, Defence & Intelligence Business Unit, you will lead a growing business of 180 professionals, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and client success across a portfolio that exceeds C$50 million.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of cyber consulting and engineering services, ensuring quality, profitability and client satisfaction. Drive the strategic direction and growth of the practice, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and ownership. Manage operational performance, resource allocation, and business development to support a C$50 million portfolio. Build and nurture lasting client partnerships, delivering outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Hold valid UK Security Clearance or be eligible to undertake clearance.
