Senior Product Manager

Location: Manchester (Hybrid) | Salary: £60,000 – £75,000

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Street Group, you’ll be a trusted leader in your area of responsibility – the Spectre Product. This is a permanent, high‑autonomy role with ownership from day one, combining digital, marketing and AI initiatives.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report and wider digital products.
  • Support other teams for 12 months while leading your own product areas.
  • Shape and deliver our AI‑driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.
  • Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insights into actionable priorities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data and leadership to gain buy‑in and drive execution.
  • Act as a role model for independent decision‑making, coaching others and contributing to best practices.

A Bit About You

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end‑to‑end ownership and clear commercial impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence across departments and levels.
  • Comfort with autonomous working – you don’t need hand‑holding or step‑by‑step direction.
  • Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into your day‑to‑day product management.
  • A clear, articulate communicator who can explain what you’ve built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.
  • Passion for product, motivation to improve processes and curiosity to keep learning.

Salary

£60,000 – £75,000 dependent on experience. In some cases, the range may be adjusted to match the candidate’s fit.
