Job Overview
A senior leader responsible for overseeing client processing operations within the Conventional Trust team, ensuring adherence to service standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency using data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex client issues and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor and assess performance to align with strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Achieve team goals and manage talent effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Technical knowledge of Agile Methodology and Six Sigma (preferred).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Experience in implementing Digital Tools.
