About the role
We are working with a well-established SAP Gold Partner expanding its delivery team in the Thames Valley. As a SAP Business One Functional Consultant you will own the functional side of end-to-end implementations for SME clients across distribution, manufacturing and professional services, translating business requirements into well-configured B1 solutions. This is a client-facing role with genuine variety, from discovery workshops through to go-live and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
You will run requirements-gathering and process-mapping workshops, configure SAP Business One across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing modules, and lead data migration, testing and user training. You will produce functional specifications for any bespoke development, support HANA and SQL deployments, and act as a trusted advisor helping clients get the most from their ERP investment throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
You will have solid hands-on SAP Business One implementation experience and a strong grasp of core business processes in finance and supply chain. Familiarity with SAP HANA (which increasingly commands a premium over SQL-only experience), Crystal Reports, and integration tooling is highly valued. Strong communication, a consultative mindset, and the ability to manage your own workstreams across multiple client engagements will set you apart. A full UK driving licence is useful for occasional client travel.
What’s On Offer
A competitive salary of £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience, a performance bonus, hybrid working, funded SAP certifications and a clear progression path toward senior or lead consultant. You will join a supportive, partner-accredited team with a strong pipeline of interesting SME projects across the South-East.
