About the Role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations and GTM Systems to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Taking senior ownership of Salesforce and the wider GTM tech stack — leading complex configuration, automation builds, and integrations across tools like Gong, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft.
  • Using tools such as Make, n8n, or Claude to design intelligent workflows that improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and surface commercial insights across the revenue motion.
  • Defining and enforcing data governance frameworks that keep Salesforce and GTM data accurate, consistent, and reliable as the business scales.
  • Partnering with Sales, CS, and Marketing to identify and translate commercial requirements into scalable automations, routing rules, and workflows from lead through to renewal.
  • Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue analytics that give GTM leaders and Finance the clear, dependable picture they need to act with confidence.

Requirements

A little bit about you.

  • 5+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment — with a track record of driving real commercial impact, not just keeping the lights on.
  • Hands‑on Salesforce ownership and building logic and automations — flows, process builder, custom objects, validation rules, and advanced automations.
  • A self‑sufficient systems troubleshooter — able to independently diagnose and resolve integration issues by reading API logs and isolating root causes.
  • Fluent in B2B GTM data models — leading lifecycle, opportunity management, territory and routing logic, renewal workflows, and how data moves across systems at scale.
  • SQL‑literate and stakeholder‑savvy — comfortable writing and interpreting SQL for analysis and debugging, and equally confident communicating across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and leadership.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary.
  • 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Accredited ‘Great Place To Work’ company in three categories.
  • Commitment to personal development and career growth, coaching workshops and progression plans.
  • Remote‑first working environment, with up to 180 days working from abroad (subject to approval).
  • Flexible working hours (start between 8–10am, finish between 4:30–6:30pm).
  • Focus on welfare: monthly wellness allowance, gym memberships, access to mental health first aiders, a health cash plan, and more.
  • Access to incredible partnership discounts for the biggest brands in the world.
  • £200 work from home set‑up allowance.
