Wellbeing & Activities Lead for New Care Home

Care Concern Group is seeking a Wellbeing Manager for their new Raemoir Manor Care Home in Banchory, set to open in Summer 2026. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the service, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for residents.

The Wellbeing Manager will develop and deliver a comprehensive activities programme tailored to individual interests, ensuring meaningful engagement and social interaction among residents. Prior experience in a similar role, particularly with older adults, including those with dementia, is essential.

The position offers £15.50 per hour for a contracted 40 hours per week, with benefits including paid PVG, a pension scheme, and annual leave.
