Overview
An established manufacturing business is looking for an SAP Business One Systems Support Analyst to join its growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major SAP Business One re-implementation, working closely with the implementation partner while becoming the in-house SAP B1 expert.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One users
- Work with the implementation partner on the SAP B1 re-implementation
- Support system improvements, testing, and documentation
- Assist with reporting and SQL queries
- Deliver user training and ongoing ERP support
- Provide general IT support as part of a small IT team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting SAP Business One
- Microsoft SQL experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
