Mobile Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Truro Showroom! Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience. You will receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren’s kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers’ homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You’ll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
• Read, understand and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

• Full driving licence, valid in the UK. Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company’s satisfaction prior to appointment.
