Location: Falmouth
Hours: 45 hours per week with alternate Saturdays (we will consider candidates seeking part-time hours)
Salary: Up to £69,000 FTE negotiable depending on experience

The Role
Our Pharmacy Managers go beyond strong management skills. We seek individuals who bring commercial leadership to the pharmacy, inspire the team to exceed targets, and deliver exceptional service. As a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for your team, stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards. You will receive direct line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager. Our Pharmacy Managers are valued for potential progression to Regional Healthcare Manager roles.
About You
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist
- Preferably with experience in a community pharmacy
- Strong leadership qualities
- Understands NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through achieving targets
