- Stay ahead of education trends to provide market-leading recruitment solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure the highest quality standards in matching educators to schools.
- Hit and exceed targets and contribute to a performance-driven environment.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Sales-focused mindset with experience in recruitment, direct sales, or customer service.
- People-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Resilient and proactive, able to stay motivated in a fast-paced setting.
- Agile and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.
- Driver with access to a car for regular client visits (preferred).
