Registered Childrens Home Manager
Location: Cable Plaza
Salary: £55,461 – £59,414 per annum, plus £7,000 Market Forces Supplement.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full set‑up and registration process with Ofsted.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a staff team.
- Embed a child‑centred, trauma‑informed culture.
- Drive high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Work in partnership with fostering, residential, commissioning and family support services to support planned step‑down arrangements.
- Ensure children receive outstanding care and achieve the very best outcomes possible.

Qualifications
- Social work qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Substantial experience in a residential childcare setting.
- Ability to pass the Ofsted “Fit Person” interview.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
- Experience leading residential children’s homes.
- Strong ability to build and retain high‑performing, values‑driven teams.
