Overview
NHS Scotland is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.
In Moray we do things a bit differently. We focus on relationships across the traditional boundaries of care to provide high quality, proactive, person-centred care. We’re small enough that things are efficient and direct, but big enough that you have robust support and access to everything you need. Clinicians influence and lead on developing models of care that serve our population. We value you as a professional and can be flexible in developing a job for you that allows you to explore your professional interests, deliver good care, and respect your work-life balance. You can work and live in a beautiful and thriving corner of Scotland, with world-class leisure pursuits, welcoming people, and a great quality of life.
