Overview
Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and driven Central Production Manager to lead our high-volume production kitchen. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and on-time delivery while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production kitchen operations.
- Manage production planning, stock control, and labour.
- Ensure the highest food safety and HACCP standards.
- Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, coach, and inspire your team.
- Work closely with chefs and operational stakeholders.

- Experience managing high-volume food production.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
