Cluster Sales Manager – Edinburgh
Job title: Cluster Sales Manager, Edinburgh. Salary: Up to 45,000 per year plus Bonus, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development. Contract type: Permanent. Location: Edinburgh Leith and Edinburgh City – Hybrid working options can be discussed.
Two of the most exciting hotels in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to drive the sales strategy in the city. Malmaison Edinburgh City is a luxury boutique hotel in the centre of Edinburgh with 72 bedrooms and suites, Chez Mal Brasserie and Bar, and a private dining room. Malmaison Edinburgh, the original Malmaison, is set in the historic Leith waterfront with flexible meeting and event space, 100 bedrooms including suites, and Chez Mal Brasserie and Bar. Individually these hotels offer strong opportunities; together they present amazing opportunities to sell two hotels to the Edinburgh market and beyond.
You will be leading a small proactive sales team with a focus on corporate and group rooms, meetings and events. Alongside the General Managers you will produce and maintain the Sales and Marketing plans for both hotels. You will need to be analytical, with strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills. You will have a proven background within a hotel sales environment and ideally know the Edinburgh market. You will be a pro-active individual who is looking for a new challenge and someone who understands that this job isn’t working in an office 9-5.
