Pastoral Officer – Student Wellbeing & Behavior (Term-Time)

Chichester Free School is looking for an enthusiastic SLT Support to join the Secondary Pastoral Team. This term-time only position aims to provide support to students with behavior and medical needs, fostering a compassionate approach.

The successful candidate will work with pupils to build a supportive environment, addressing individual challenges and contributing to our high standards of behavior. A relevant education or youth work qualification is essential for this role.
