Family Support & Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Carew Academy is searching for a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Worker to assist students and their families in overcoming challenges. The role requires you to provide guidance, emotional support, and connect families with relevant services to enhance their wellbeing and academic success.

The ideal candidate will lead the identification of families in need, conduct home visits, and develop strong relationships between families and the school. Qualifications must include NVQ Level 3 and knowledge of child safeguarding practices.
