Overview
Join our team as a SHE Manager and play a vital role in leading and implementing safety, health, and environmental strategies across our projects. You’ll champion a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining SHE policies and management systems in line with regulatory standards
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards
- Providing expert advice and support to project teams, contractors, and senior management
- Leading investigations into incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Delivering training programmes and awareness campaigns to foster a proactive safety culture
Qualifications
- You have experience in health, safety, and environmental management within construction, utilities or infrastructure
- You hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent SHE qualification
- You have in-depth knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation
- You possess strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- You hold a Full driving licence and are willing to travel to project sites as required
