Assistant General Manager

Overview

We are searching for a superstar Assistant General Manager to join us on our journey at The Wayfarer. If you are obsessed with delivering amazing service in a vibrant and fast paced restaurant and have a passion for developing your people to be the very best then this one is for you.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Head Chef as part of the restaurant’s Critical Triangle.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest service in a busy environment.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve high standards of performance and service.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

• A starting salary up to £35,000
• 10% Bonus = £3,500 – Based on KPI’s that are achievable and impactful
• Service charge that works out to about £7,500
• Total potential package = £46,000 a year
