Family Support & Early Intervention Worker

Vale of Glamorgan Council is looking for a dedicated individual to provide assessment, early intervention, and preventative support for children, young people, and their families in Barry. In this role, you’ll assess needs and risks while facilitating multi-agency support plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with families, the ability to communicate effectively, and be motivated to work collaboratively. An Enhanced DBS Check is required.
