Legal Client Services Lead – Onboarding & Support

JMW Solicitors is seeking to hire a Client Services team member to bridge communication between clients and legal teams across its offices. The role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service and supports the onboarding of new clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-focused role, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-organized. Familiarity with Proclaim case management software is desirable.
