Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in the Wolverhampton area. This full-time role will involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and delivering pre-planned lessons when required. It is an excellent opportunity for ECTs looking to build classroom experience and develop strong relationships within a school setting.

This full-time HLTA role will involve supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1, delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence and providing targeted intervention support. It is an ideal opportunity for aspiring teachers or ECTs to gain valuable classroom experience.

Requirements
To be considered for the HLTA position, you will:
• Hold HLTA status, a relevant Level 4 qualification, or have equivalent classroom experience.• Have experience working within a primary school, ideally across Key Stage 1.• Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting whole-class learning.• Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills.• Be passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.• Be an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience (desirable but not essential).• Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service.• Be able to provide relevant references covering your recent employment history.
