Your Mission

As Contract Manager, you will:

Lead & Develop Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of catering and cleaning operationsDrive Excellence Implement innovative solutions to enhance service standards and customer experience

Build Strong Relationships Work closely with key stakeholders, fostering strong client partnershipsDeliver Results Ensure the contract meets financial targets and operational KPIs, always striving for continuous improvementChampion Health & Safety Maintain the highest standards, ensuring full compliance with company and statutory requirementsInspire & Motivate Develop, train, and mentor your team to create a high-performing and engaged workforce

Proven leadership in managing operational teams, ideally in catering, facilities management, or contract servicesStrong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving financial performanceExceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersExperience in change management, driving continuous improvement and innovationCustomer-focused mindset, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence
