We’re delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Belfast law firm that is seeking to appoint a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well-established and respected Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor looking to join a firm with an outstanding reputation, a high-quality client base and a supportive working environment. You’ll enjoy genuine autonomy, hybrid working, your own office, and the opportunity to play a key role within a busy and successful team.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout every stage of the transaction.
Your work will include:
- Residential sales, purchases and remortgages
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Delivering exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
About You
We’re keen to speak with solicitors who have:
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- The ability to independently manage a busy caseload
- Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing and property law
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
