Location: Derby Salary: Up to £32,000 (Commission Structure on top) Working Hours: Monday – Friday

The Role

• Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, bottle shops and retailers
• Increasing customer spend, order frequency and product range
• Promoting new product launches, seasonal releases and brewery features
• Reactivating dormant and lapsed customer accounts
• Delivering excellent customer service and account support
• Maintaining regular customer contact through phone, email and face-to-face visits where appropriate
• Working towards agreed sales and growth targets
