Technical Designer 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Designer to join a leading distribution company based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Technical Designer:

• Produce accurate 2D CAD Drawings for wet room layouts 
• Create clear and professional drawing packages for customer approval 
• Utilise AutoCAD and AutoDesk Design review 
• Prepare project-specific technical submission 
• Act as technical point of contact for customers and contractors 
• Attend and contribute to project meetings 
• Assist with project estimating during quieter periods 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 2D CAD Software
• Experience using Autodesk Design review 
• Strong understanding of bathroom construction 
• Excellent Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specification 

The Role:

• Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm
• Starting Salary of £28,000 – £30,000 
• Commission scheme up to 5% 
• Full time, permanent position 
• Located on the outskirts of Basingstoke
• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
• Company-wide bonus scheme
