0.7 FTE DSP Lecturer (Design, Surveying and Planning)

(0.4 Higher Education and 0.3 Engineering, Automotive and Building Services)

25.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

(14.4 hours per week within Higher Education and 10.8 hours per week within Engineering, Automotive and Building Services)

£34,421 – £41,074 per annum FTE pro rata (£24,094 – £28,751 per annum 0.7 FTE actual salary)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Course Leader and Lecturer to deliver and lead Higher Education programmes in Construction and Building Services. This role involves teaching, learning, and assessment across areas such as building services, surveying, quantity surveying, and practical construction skills.

You will contribute to the delivery of HNC (HTQ) programmes and apprenticeships in Building and Design Technician, Civil Engineering, and Construction Site Supervisor, while also supporting T-Level Design, Surveying and Planning, including the Planning, Surveying and Design occupational specialism (OSP).

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and at least a degree in a related field. Teaching experience is desirable, but full training in teaching, learning, and assessment will be provided.
