What youll be doing:

Youll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

  • Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
  • Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering
  • Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
  • Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
  • Running shift briefings and making on shift operational decisions
  • Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

What youll bring:

  • Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments
  • A supportive, people-first leadership style
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
  • A safe way to travel to and from late shifts
