Overview

Private Dentist job in Crawley, West Sussex. Part‑time, 2–3 days per week with an ideal to increase to four or five days.

Modern three‑surgery practice with CBCT, oral scanner, OPG, and digital intraoral X‑ray camera. Busy patient list available with strong private income potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings circa £20,000 per month, dependent on treatments provided (50% commission paid for income above £20k per month).
• Commission: 45% (50% on labs).
• Profit‑sharing potential and ownership pathway available for discussion.
• Principal dentist on‑site, reducing clinical workload.

Qualifications

• GDC registered dentist.
• Proven experience in delivering high‑quality private general & cosmetic dentistry and excellent longevity in previous practice.
• Experience in aligners, implants, or advanced restorative is highly advantageous.
• Seeking a long‑term position and living within a reasonable commuting distance.
