What Youll Be Doing as the Engineering Coordinator Youll be the central hub connecting engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered without a hitch.
Coordinating site activities, travel, access, and logistics for engineering teams Managing documentation, reports, and compliance records with precision Overseeing timesheets and system entries to ensure accurate project tracking Organising tooling, equipment, and calibration schedules Supporting project planning, resource coordination, and operational reporting Preparing site documentation including health & safety packs (RAMS) Managing PPE and uniform requirements for field teams Liaising with third-party suppliers, contractors, and service providers Troubleshooting coordination challenges and keeping everything on track What Makes You a Great Fit for the Engineering Coordinator You thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment Youre naturally organised and love keeping things structured and efficient Youre confident communicating with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders You have experience in a coordination or admin role (engineering, construction, or technical sectors ideal) Youre systems-savvy (SAP or similar would xkybehq be a bonus) Youre proactive you spot issues before they become problems Why This Role?
